Sombr is preparing a follow-up to his breakout album, though no formal announcement has been made regarding its title or release date. Throughout 2026, the singer-songwriter has released several new tracks, all anticipated to appear on the upcoming project.
The debut album turned one year old less than a month ago and cemented Sombr’s status as a fan favorite, but it is the singles from the upcoming record that are dominating U.K. charts this week. The latest release reaches new highs across multiple listings, while the debut album also makes a strong comeback.
“My Body Isn’t Ready” Climbs to New Highs
‘My Body Isn’t Ready’ has climbed to new peaks on the U.K. Official Singles and Official Streaming charts. The track jumps nine positions to No. 19 on the primary ranking and soars to No. 57 on the streaming-only chart.
“My Body Isn’t Ready” Lives on Four U.K. Charts
The song currently appears on four U.K. charts. While it reaches new peaks on half of them, it slips only slightly on the remaining two. On the Official Singles Downloads and Official Singles Sales charts, the track lands at Nos. 20 and 21, respectively.
The track has previously achieved higher positions on these purchase-focused charts, peaking at No. 7 on the downloads list and No. 8 on the broader sales ranking.
“My Body Isn’t Ready” has spent 10 weeks on three of the four charts it currently occupies. It has reached seven weeks on the Official Streaming chart and is expected to soon surpass double digits.
Sombr Has Released Three Possible Album Singles
Sombr has released three singles that could appear on the upcoming album, though nothing has been confirmed. “My Body Isn’t Ready” is the latest, following “Homewrecker” and “Potential,” which were released earlier in 2026.
“Homewrecker” appears on five U.K. charts this week and remains a top 40 hit on most of them. Two other tracks from “I Barely Know Her” are also performing well: “12 to 12” is present on both the Official Singles and Official Streaming charts, while “Back to Friends” appears only on the streaming tally.
I Barely Know Her Returns to Multiple Charts
“I Barely Know Her” currently holds a position on five U.K. charts and returns to three of them. The album re-enters the Official Album Downloads, Official Albums Sales, and Official Physical Albums charts at Nos. 79, 82, and 82, respectively.
Sombr’s Debut Album Surges on Two Additional Rankings
On two charts where the album did not need to return, “I Barely Know Her” climbs sharply. It rises to No. 46 on the Official Albums Streaming chart and No. 47 on the Official Albums tally, nearly securing the same position on both.
The album improves by double-digit spots on both lists, climbing 18 positions on the streaming chart and more than two dozen on the main albums chart compared to just days prior. I Barely Know Her has now spent over a year on the charts, becoming Sombr’s first one-year winner.
