Stellar Lumens (XLM) has emerged as the primary network for government-related debt tokenization on distributed ledger infrastructure. Since February 2026, Stellar has maintained a leading position in the Real World Asset (RWA) sector, specifically for equity linked to non-U.S. governmental debt.

The vast majority of the $490 million in tokenized foreign government bonds is managed by Spiko, which operates euro-denominated Treasury bills and a EUTBL money market fund within the European Economic Area. Meanwhile, Etherfuse Stablebonds facilitates sovereign debt instruments for Brazil and Mexico.

Another notable offering is the Marshall Islands USDM1, an approximately $100 million USD-denominated sovereign bond issued on Stellar and backed 1:1 by short-term U.S. Treasuries. Structured under New York law, this instrument is partly utilized for on-chain universal basic income disbursements.

Stellar Leads the RWA Pack With 100+ Bonds Coming

This product is frequently cited alongside others in Stellar’s roster spanning five continents, though its U.S. Treasury collateral complicates strict “non-U.S.” classification in certain blockchain data trackers. Looking ahead, Etherfuse Stablebonds has articulated a long-term goal of bringing approximately 100 sovereign currencies and debt instruments on-chain.

These planned instruments will cover broad markets including Mexico, Brazil, Korea, UK Gilts, the Eurozone, and the United States. Next, the UK is targeting a digital gilt (DIGIT) pilot around early 2027, while India is piloting tokenized corporate and REC bonds. The implications for Stellar Lumen’s (XLM) market capitalization may derive from trading volumes across these new RWA products.

Currently, Stellar’s native XLM token is trading near the $0.20 confluent resistance level, approximately three cents above the SuperTrend indicator’s bullish threshold. Significant investors, often termed crypto whales, have resumed accumulation of the asset, pushing the Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) back into positive territory.

If current sentiment persists, Stellar’s (XLM) next price target centers around $0.25. The asset previously peaked at this level several months ago, and bulls are now aiming to reclaim that confluent area as the SuperTrend indicator sustains bullish territory for a consecutive week.
