NEW YORK — One of Japan’s largest conveyor belt sushi operators is preparing to launch its first U.S. location in Manhattan this October, aiming to capitalize on increasing consumer appetite for budget-friendly dining options.
The new restaurant, situated in the heart of central Manhattan, represents a strategic move by the chain to expand internationally while addressing the needs of diners who may find traditional high-end sushi establishments cost-prohibitive.
