On July 26, Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa told Al Jazeera that his country is pursuing a security agreement with Israel, involving the participation of several nations.
He emphasized that a successful agreement could pave the way for comprehensive peace while upholding Syria’s claim to the Golan Heights.
