Thatta Cement Company Limited (PSX: THCCL) has reached a preliminary understanding regarding the proposed restructuring of Pakistan Services Limited (PSL).
The understanding remains subject to finalization of definitive agreements, which will be communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange in due course.
