The Weeknd opened the European leg of his ‘After Hours Til Dawn’ tour in Copenhagen this week, delivering a powerful performance at Parken Stadium on Friday night, June 19. The venue hosted two sold‑out shows, following his earlier appearances at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium.
Since its debut in 2022, ‘After Hours Til Dawn’ has become the highest‑grossing tour by a male solo artist, surpassing $1 billion in revenue and selling more than 7.5 million tickets.
The production featured a 40‑foot gold sculpture by Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama, the largest fine‑art commission for a live concert yet, along with expansive golden ruins, immersive visuals, lasers, and fire displays.
With a setlist of 36 tracks, the artist focused heavily on his latest album ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’ while also spanning his entire career. Playboi Carti joined the show to perform “Timeless” and “RATHER LIE.”
