Three Palestinian civilians were injured on Friday during Israeli military operations near Hebron in the West Bank after soldiers misidentified their vehicle as one accelerating toward them.
A soldier fired shots at the car, wounding three occupants who were later determined to be uninvolved bystanders. They were evacuated for medical treatment.
The Israel Defense Forces stated that the incident is under review and expressed regret for the harm caused to innocent individuals.
