Three teenagers, including a 14-year-old boy, have been detained on suspicion of murdering a 21-year-old man in Central Park, Chelmsford, Essex. Emergency services found the victim with critical injuries at approximately 7:00 PM on Friday and he was pronounced dead at the scene despite paramedic efforts. Officers launched an immediate investigation and arrested the suspects—aged 14, 17, and 18—in connection with the incident.
