Months before his wedding to Taylor Swift, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce acquired a new home.

According to a Tuesday report by The Wall Street Journal, Kelce finalized the purchase of a $5.35 million lakefront property in Bratenahl, Ohio, located just miles from Cleveland Heights, where he and his brother Jason spent their childhood. The 36-year-old acquired the home in March from Figurati Construction Group, led by Gary Pellegrino.

Constructed in 1895, the estate now encompasses 21,140 square feet. Features include multiple fireplaces, a five-car garage, a media room, and a resort-style pool, as noted by Realtor.com. The property further offers eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Additionally, a former ballroom has been repurposed into a game room and home theater, per Cleveland.com.

Pellegrino’s firm reportedly acquired the Bratenahl estate in 2023 for $1.95 million, later listing it at $6.99 million after renovations before adjusting the price down to $5.99 million. Kelce secured the property for $1.64 million less than the original asking price.

This residence joins the couple’s existing portfolio of properties across Tennessee, Rhode Island, New York, California, and Kansas.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, both 36, exchanged vows in July at Madison Square Garden following a three-year courtship.

On Tuesday, Kelce unveiled their shared female Samoyed in a Tommy Hilfiger advertisement.

Kelce is gearing up for his 14th season with the Kansas City Chiefs, a campaign that may mark the conclusion of his NFL career. Regarding the Bratenahl residence, the couple anticipates no difficulties in transforming the property into a welcoming home for themselves and their Samoyed.
