Triple H has been named as the inspiration behind a TNA Wrestling star’s entrance at Lockdown, calling it a “homage” to the WWE name.
TNA Lockdown took place on August 23 and saw Frankie Kazarian take on Moose in an Escape the Cage match.
Kazarian would be victorious, being knocked through the cage door by Moose in the final moments of the match.
Prior to the match starting, however, Moose was accompanied to the ring by violin and cello players doing a live rendition of his theme, with the star rising from a gold throne.
“Growing up @TripleH was one of my favorites to watch mostly because of the larger-than-life entrances he would present at big shows.
“This is me showing homage.”
Elsewhere at TNA Lockdown, Leon Slater was able to protect his legacy with a victory over Cedric Alexander, later targeting Nic Nemeth for a World Championship match to take place at Bound for Glory.

Over the years, Triple H has showcased his mastery of the entrance, whether it was during his time as a blue blood, a member of D‑X, Evolution or his later years.
The showmanship blended with the theatrics, turning each entrance into more than just the sight of the star coming to the ring and making it a performance in itself.
That sense of theater continues, with Triple H helping some stars to choreograph their entrances, getting the most of the moments before they lock up with their opponent in the ring. Very much aware that it is a prime way of capturing the fans, Triple H was on hand to choreograph Penta’s entrance for the star’s WWE Raw debut.
The WWE executive has also opened up about helping the late Bray Wyatt construct his entrance, avoiding the use of “lasers and all this stuff’ in favor of the darker motifs that would eventually be realized.
Being able to breath life into the vision and being receptive to the reaction of the fans in attendance, there’s little wonder that Triple H remains in such a hands‑on creative role for these moments. Entrances can become iconic, as has been seen with many stars over the generations. It’s become much more than just walking to the ring in time to the music and engaging the fans.
