England produced a relentless offensive display to thrash Croatia 7-0, securing their second victory in three UEFA Nations League group-stage matches.

Tuchel’s side delivered a scintillating tactical masterclass at Stadion Rujevica in Rijeka, storming to a 4-0 lead before halftime and maintaining relentless pressure throughout the second period.

Kane and Saka Shine as England Demolish Croatia

The attacking partnership of Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka stole the spotlight, with both forwards registering clinical doubles in the historic away victory.

Kane opened the scoring in the eighth minute, latched onto a crisp pass from Jude Bellingham, and fired high into the net.

Bellingham doubled the advantage soon after, before Anthony Gordon nodded in a third.

Saka completed his brace just before halftime to cap a rampant opening 45 minutes. Kane added his second early in the second half, followed by Saka’s second, before substitute Morgan Rogers completed the seven-goal tally late in the contest.

Tuchel Heaps Praise on Harry Kane

Following the commanding victory, manager Thomas Tuchel hailed captain Harry Kane’s irreplaceable quality at the pinnacle of world football.

“Harry Kane is the highest-level striker possible. You will not find another like him,” Tuchel said after the match.

“There will be someone else, but it will not be Harry or a clone of Harry. We will figure it out… but perhaps not me. It could be another 10 years!”

The dominant victory leaves England second in the group behind Spain, with their next fixture against Czech Republic on Tuesday.
