A recall has been issued for approximately 5,795 pounds of frozen meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes after the product was found to contain soy without proper labeling, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).

The affected items are 13.3‑oz. vacuum‑sealed trays labeled “Power Plate Meals Meatloaf with Garlic Mashed Potatoes,” bearing use‑by dates from June 25 2026 to June 10 2027.

The products were produced between June 25 2025 and June 10 2026 and shipped to distributors in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The recall was triggered after a state inspector reported that the ingredient label omitted soy.

FSIS classifies the recall as a Class II recall, indicating a low probability of adverse health effects. No confirmed reports of illness have been linked to the product.

Consumers who may have purchased the recalled meals should not eat them. They should discard the items or return them to the place of purchase and contact a healthcare provider if any reaction is suspected.
