Wichita, Kan. – The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s San Jose Sharks and American Hockey League’s San Jose Barracuda, have announced the re-signing of defenseman Robert Kincaid for the 2026-27 season.
The 23-year-old skater originally signed with the Thunder in March and tallied three points (one goal, two assists) in 14 games.
Prior to joining the Thunder, Kincaid completed his collegiate career at Canisius University. A native of Barrhead, Alberta, he began his college hockey at the University of Maine before transferring to Canisius. He spent three seasons with the Golden Griffins, recording 24 points (eight goals and 16 assists) in 83 career games.
