WWE Crown Jewel 2026: Talent Arrives in Saudi Arabia Amid Security Monitoring and Venue Relocation

WWE Crown Jewel 2026 is set to take place in just one day, and early reports from Saudi Arabia indicate that preparations are proceeding smoothly.

Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com reports that every WWE performer scheduled for Saturday’s premium live event has arrived in Saudi Arabia without incident.

Alvarez also noted that personnel working on TKO’s Power Slap events in the country this week have encountered no issues.

“All the WWE talent is in Saudi now and things seem fine at the moment,” Alvarez said. “Power Slap has also been there all week and no issues.”

The latest update follows weeks of concern over the security environment in Saudi Arabia, including incidents targeting Riyadh and regional infrastructure.

TKO Chief Executive Ari Emanuel previously confirmed that WWE was closely monitoring the situation ahead of the event.

In addition, Crown Jewel has been relocated from its original outdoor stadium venue to the indoor ANB Arena in Riyadh.

WWE is employing a modified production arrangement for the show, with a substantial part of the broadcast engineered remotely from company headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. A significant on-site production crew will remain in Saudi Arabia to manage cameras, audio, and other essential equipment.

The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh issued a statement on Friday welcoming WWE’s return, characterizing Crown Jewel as an example of American sports diplomacy and reflecting the relationship between the United States and Saudi Arabia.

WWE has also unveiled a studio special titled “WWE Crown Jewel Special,” hosted by Joe Tessitore, Big E, and Peter Rosenberg.

The program previews Saturday’s premium live event, including two Champion vs. Champion matches: Roman Reigns versus Sami Zayn, and Liv Morgan versus Chelsea Green.

The official description reads as follows:

“As WWE Crown Jewel approaches, the matches of the international WWE Premium Live Event come into focus, including the Champion vs. Champion Matches between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn as well as Chelsea Green and Liv Morgan.”

Additionally, WWE has published the official Crown Jewel cold-open video package on YouTube, offering fans an early glimpse of the opening segment set to air at the start of Saturday’s broadcast.

WWE Crown Jewel 2026 will take place on Saturday, November 7, at ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event will stream live on the ESPN app in the United States and on Netflix internationally, beginning at 7 p.m. Eastern Time.
