Brock Rechsteiner could one day join his family’s legacy in WWE.
Rechsteiner, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner and cousin of current WWE Superstar Bron Breakker, recently signed with the NFL’s New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent. The wide receiver, listed at 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds, has been suspended for the first six games of the season.
WWE remains highly interested in Rechsteiner’s potential move to wrestling, with a company insider stating the likelihood of a future offer is “nearly certain.” This interest has persisted despite his NFL suspension, as WWE has monitored his career and received positive feedback.
Rechsteiner is not expected to undergo a traditional WWE tryout process. Instead, the company may pursue an immediate signing once his football career concludes.
Rechsteiner has expressed interest in pursuing wrestling but plans to focus on his NFL opportunities first.
