WWE NXT standout Thea Hail has disclosed a diagnosis of alopecia areata, an autoimmune disorder where the immune system targets hair follicles, leading to hair loss.
Taking a positive and humorous approach to the news, Hail updated her followers on social media, sharing photos of her condition. She posted,
“i now have alopecia areata… i have literally manifested going bald. anyways swipe to see my naked scalp and some cute pics of me with and without hair.”
Hail continues to compete on the NXT brand under her current WWE contract. In her most recent appearance on the August 18 episode of NXT, she faced a defeat against Nattie.
Since signing with WWE in 2022, the 21-year-old has rapidly emerged as one of the most promising young athletes in the NXT roster.
