BERLIN — Beyond the chain-link security perimeter, festooned with campaign posters, outside the Alternative for Germany’s Berlin headquarters, supporters gathered with beer and bratwurst to await and celebrate the results of the nationalist, anti-immigrant party’s most significant election night in its history.
