Over the past decade, Beirut have focused on recording two albums and touring European festivals, leaving their North American fans awaiting a return. Frontman Zach Condon and the band have finally set plans to cross the Atlantic in 2027, unveiling their first North American tour in eight years. The complete schedule of dates follows below.
The initial wave of shows is modest, totaling just six concerts across the United States and Canada. Cities on the itinerary include Brooklyn (two consecutive nights at Brooklyn Steel), Boston (Roadrunner), Washington, D.C. (9:30 Club), Chicago (The Salt Shed), and Toronto (History). This limited run suggests a cautious re‑entry into the market.
Beirut released their seventh album, A Study of Losses, in 2024—a project originally commissioned by the Swedish acrobat troupe Kompani Giraff. It followed their 2023 release Hadsel, and both records received their live debut on European stages a few years prior.
