AJ Styles has reiterated that he is content with his position in WWE, despite recurring speculation that he should make the move to AEW.

On Twitter, Styles reacted positively to a post from AEW World Champion Will Ospreay, agreeing that Dragon Kid, who is still competing at age 50, is “goated.”

However, this seemingly innocent exchange prompted one fan to draw a bold conclusion — suggesting that Styles’ endorsement was a sign he should leave WWE for All Elite Wrestling.

“Brother for the love of the game, you gotta jump the ship and join the A-E-DUB. Do it for your own son, look how good the second and third generation are being treated in the DUB.”

The remark caught Styles’ attention, and he found it somewhat amusing that a fan had reached such a conclusion based on his comment.

“You came up with all of that because I agreed with Will Ospreay on Dragon Kid being goated?”

Styles has frequently expressed his satisfaction with WWE and has made it clear he has no plans to depart. He is currently serving as a talent coach within the organization.

AJ retired from in-ring competition at the 2026 Royal Rumble event, a milestone that marked 10 years since his WWE debut at the 2016 Royal Rumble.
