Kroupi wanted by Arsenal

Arsenal are preparing a big-money move for Bournemouth striker Junior Kroupi when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year.

The Gunners had their sights on the young Frenchman last summer, but a deal fell through after he suffered a foot fracture during pre‑season.

Kroupi has only recently returned to action, showcasing his ability with an assist for Bournemouth’s second goal against Leeds United.

According to reports, the 20‑year‑old, who scored 13 Premier League goals as a teenager last season, is now a target for Arsenal as they line up a potential transfer.

A versatile forward, Kroupi can operate as a number nine, a number ten or on the left wing, a flexibility that has impressed Arsenal’s coaching staff.

Interest from Paris Saint‑Germain and Bayern Munich remains strong, and Kroupi is reportedly valued at around £100 million.

Despite their reluctance to sell, Bournemouth could be compelled to accept an offer close to that valuation in the upcoming winter window.
