Chevron, Italy’s Eni, and other international energy firms said on Wednesday they will launch major expansions to lift oil output in Venezuela, a commitment unveiled at a signing ceremony in Caracas overseen by interim President Delcy Rodríguez and U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright.
