EQT Corporation reported a decline in its second‑quarter profit compared with the same period last year.
The firm posted earnings of $211.4 million, or $0.34 per share, down from $784.1 million, or $1.30 per share, a year ago.
Excluding special items, adjusted earnings came in at $243.5 million, or $0.39 per share.
Revenue slipped 29.3% to $1.81 billion, down from $2.56 billion in the prior year.
