Susie Cave has designed the complete wardrobe for Phoebe Bridgers’ upcoming tour, describing it as “a real privilege” to see her creations “come to life on stage.” This collaboration marks another chapter in Cave’s distinguished career, which includes designing for artists like Florence Welch.
Bridgers recently launched her first full tour since 2023, following a period away as a solo artist. The tour kicked off in Indiana on September 15 and has since traversed key markets including Minnesota, Illinois, Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., and Michigan, all in support of ‘Lost Weekend’—her first solo album since 2020’s critically acclaimed ‘Punisher’.
Each performance features a stripped-back aesthetic with moody lighting complementing stunning gowns that reflect the atmospheric tones of her new album. Cave confirmed she personally crafted every piece of clothing worn during the tour.
“Designing Phoebe Bridgers’ wardrobe for ‘The Lost Tour’ has been an incredible honor,” Cave shared on Instagram, posting an image of the singer performing in an elegant lace black dress. “Phoebe is an extraordinary artist, and it has been deeply meaningful to bring these designs to life on stage. “
“Thank you, Phoebe, for placing your trust in me,” added Cave, whose portfolio includes custom gowns for renowned musicians worldwide.
The North American leg began after Bridgers performed several intimate acoustic sets, including a surprise appearance at New York City’s iconic Madison Square Garden. In August, the artist celebrated her 32nd birthday with two sold-out phone-free concerts at London’s historic Union Chapel.
However, planned UK appearances in Kingston, Brighton, and Bristol were canceled following a brief hospitalization. During her recovery, Bridgers announced rescheduled dates for these shows and marked the occasion by celebrating her first solo Number One album from her hospital bed.
Looking ahead, Bridgers will commence UK and Ireland performances next month, featuring major venues such as Glasgow’s OVO Hydro and London’s The O2. The tour concludes with seven European stops, beginning in Amsterdam and culminating at Stockholm’s Avicii Arena on December 12. Tickets are available through official channels.

NME awarded ‘Lost Weekend’ five stars, calling it “the opposite of emotional evasion: more a reckoning with herself and the romantic and familial love and loss that have shaped her story and storytelling.”
“This achievement could only come from a songwriter and musician confident in their craft—a writer who began work on her third album feeling adrift but finished firmly grounded,” the review continued.
Beyond her work with Bridgers, Cave recently released a new book featuring contributions from her husband, Nick Cave, alongside photography by Dominique Issermann.
Nick Cave has frequently drawn inspiration from his wife throughout his career, once telling fans in 2018 that he’d spent two decades attempting to encapsulate her essence in his poetry and songwriting.
“After twenty years, I’m still trying to define Susie—but it’s a losing battle,” he wrote at the time. “I’ve realized there’s wild, ever-changing energy inside her that no words of mine can capture. That energy stems from her unique curiosity about the world—and it has nothing to do with me.”
