A ceremony at Khan’s mausoleum attracted former officials and consecrated leaders, reaffirming his lasting impact. Khan, born in Faujoon Abad on January 1, 1970, joined the Air Force and eventually the Pakistan Army, where he rose to the rank of commissioned officer. His bravery at elevations over 17,000 feet in the Gultary sector became a defining moment in the Kargil struggle, marking him as a true national hero.
