According to Fightful Select, the agreement was executed during the Dynamite broadcast on Wednesday, solidifying Perry’s continued partnership with AEW after earlier uncertainty about his contractual status.
Update on Perry’s Post-Signing Activity
Perry maintained his in-ring schedule during negotiations, competing in matches on AEW Dynamite. A notable bout occurred ahead of his Forbidden Door match against Kenny Omega, where Zack Sabre Jr. emerged victorious.
Perry’s wrestling activity included a title run, having previously defeated Ricochet to claim the AEW National Championship in 2023. He relinquished the title in May to Mark Davis, who remains the reigning champion.
