[ALLEGED EXPLOITED GRAPHIC EVIDENCE SHARED WITHOUT CONSENT IN WWE INVESTIGATION OF MCELHINNEY]
Janel Grant’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon and WWE, alleging sexual assault, sex trafficking, and harassment, has entered arbitration.
However, despite the legal proceedings advancing, Grant recently disclosed on Instagram that sensitive photographic evidence—including exchanges depicting her in “vulnerable or compromising situations”—was shared with WWE’s Special Committee investigating McMahon in 2022.
Grant stated the evidence was viewed by others and condensed into graphic summaries for dissemination. Additionally, she noted the evidence was reportedly read aloud to then-current Board members, including senior management and future board members, from late 2022 into 2023.
Grant clarified her knowledge is based solely on public records and emphasized her desire to prevent such violations from harming others.
