The Tahoe Knight Monsters, the ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Vegas Golden Knights and the American Hockey League’s Henderson Silver Knights, announced the signing of defenseman Kaelan Taylor.
Taylor returns to the Knight Monsters for his second full season, tallying 20 points (3 goals, 17 assists) in 67 games last year.
Taylor joined the Knights at the end of the 2024-25 season, appearing in five games during the franchise’s inaugural campaign and recording two points (1 goal, 1 assist).
A native of Oceanside, California, Taylor played 149 career games at Clarkson University, captaining the team in his final season.
Before joining Clarkson, Taylor spent one season in the North American Hockey League with the Corpus Christi IceRays, then spent two seasons in the United States Hockey League with the Dubuque Fighting Saints, serving as an alternate captain during the 2019-20 campaign.
