September 21, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan’s benchmark KSE-100 Index moved modestly higher on Monday, adding 268.58 points, or 0.16%, to settle at 171,153.16. Buying interest in cement, fertilizer, and energy stocks underpinned the market’s positive session.
Sentiment was buoyed by easing oil prices as market participants tracked the pace of Saudi Arabia’s oil shipment recovery in the wake of Saturday’s missile and drone attacks by Iran-backed Houthi forces.
