Andrzej Lewandowski secured a commanding double pole position in the AM/LC category at the Lamborghini World Finals, topping both qualifying sessions for the ASR squad. The Polish veteran set the benchmark with a 1m47.087s in the opening session before backing it up with a 1m47.197s in Q2.

Lewandowski margins were decisive in the first session, finishing a full second clear of Renaud Kuppens (Micanek Motorsport), while Gabriel Holguin (PPM) claimed third. David Staab, Holguin’s PPM teammate, will share the second row alongside Raffaele Giannone (Automobile Tricolore) and LC-class pacesetter Donovan Privitelio (Rexal Villorba Corse). Anthony Bullock (XO9 Racing) and Rocky Bolduc (Topp Racing) head row four, with Fred Roberts (Leipert Motorsport) and Rodrigue Gillion (CMR) rounding out the top ten.

The second qualifying session proved far tighter at the front. Staab appeared to have snatched pole with a 1m47.229s, only for the lap to be deleted for a track-limits infringement, handing Lewandowski the top spot once more. CMR’s Lemeret and Gillion will start from the second row, with Holguin dropping one place to fourth. Bullock qualified fifth ahead of Paul Whiting (SP Motorsports), while Johan Schwartz (89x Motorsports) and Giannone occupy row four. Neuls and Knoll complete the top ten.

Race 1 for the AM-LC field gets underway today at 14:20, with Race 2 scheduled for tomorrow at 11:05.
