The defending champion carved a 1:53.303 lap around the 3.36-mile (5.40 km) Czech circuit, outpacing a field of 22 riders.
Fabio Quartararo secured second place with a best effort of 1:53.503 on his Monster Energy Yamaha YZR-M1 V4, while Raul Fernandez claimed third position with a 1:53.513 aboard the Superride Trackhouse Aprilia RS-GP26.
