District Attorney Timothy Cruz said Friday that no immediate decisions would be made regarding the case’s next steps.

He indicated he would consult with the prosecution team to determine whether to pursue a new trial.

He asserted that the evidence shows Lindsay Clancy killed her three children and that she was in control of her actions when the homicides were committed.

Outside the courtroom, Reddington said he believed 11 of the 12 jurors would have reached a verdict favoring Clancy had it not been for a single holdout.
