Bob Dylan’s touring ensemble continues to see lineup changes. During his performance on Friday, July 10, at the PNC Pavilion in Cincinnati, Ohio, Memphis-based rhythm and blues guitarist and vocalist J. Jad Tariq made his debut with the band.

Tariq steps into the role previously held by Julian Lage, whose absence is due to conflicting tour dates in Europe this month. Additionally, Chicago jazz and blues musician Joel Patterson joined the ensemble late last month, filling the vacancy left by Doug Lancio while also covering for Lage.

Dylan’s upcoming performance is scheduled for tonight at Stage AE in Pittsburgh, PA.
