Omos Defeats Rey Mysterio to Secure Reinstatement at AAA Triplemania 34 Opening Night

Omos has been cleared to return to AAA after defeating Rey Mysterio in the main event of Triplemania 34’s opening night. The bout pitted the towering wrestler against AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio, with Omos’ future in the promotion on the line. Having been previously suspended by Mysterio, a loss would have resulted in Omos being barred from AAA.

Mysterio faced a formidable challenge, with Omos dominating much of the contest. Mysterio rallied, landing several 619s that sent Omos to the mat. Dominik Mysterio interfered, assaulting his father, which prompted El Grande Americano to come to the rescue. Mysterio came close to victory, but Dominik turned on Americano, striking him with a chair. The distraction gave Omos an opening; he delivered a powerful boot followed by a choke slam to secure the win.

Following the match, Dominik continued his attack on Americano while Omos turned his focus on Mysterio inside the ring. Although they initially exited together, Omos returned after Mysterio was placed on a stretcher, seized him, and drove the stretcher into the commentary table. The event concluded with Omos standing victorious over the fallen AAA General Manager.
