Demonstrators chanted slogans, brandished purple banners, and urged authorities to ensure the bill is adopted with adequate funding and resources.
Signs carried at the protest called for enhanced safeguards for children and a definitive end to sexual violence.
The gathering also attracted political figures, including presidential hopefuls Marine Tondelier and Raphaël Glucksmann.
Organisers assert that the proposed legislation should encompass prevention, victim support, justice, and follow-up measures for both survivors and perpetrators.
