Adjusted earnings came in at $4.92 per share, ahead of the $4.73 consensus, while revenue of $47.86 billion exceeded the $47.27 billion forecast. The company also reaffirmed its full-year guidance.
Tesla slipped 1.2% following a report from The Information that the automaker is targeting an August launch for its Cybercab, a steering-wheel-free robotaxi.
Fabrinet tumbled more than 9% despite posting better-than-expected fourth-quarter results and issuing optimistic guidance. The optical-component manufacturer warned that typical first-quarter expense seasonality will pressure margins in fiscal Q1 2027, according to StreetAccount.
Memory-chip stocks traded lower as a group. Micron Technology and SK Hynix each fell over 4%, while Western Digital’s Sandisk unit also declined more than 4%.
Duolingo advanced 3% after D.A. Davidson upgraded the language-learning platform to Buy from Neutral. The firm noted that while market concerns around daily active user deceleration and monetization have been fairly priced, Duolingo is approaching an inflection point.
