The first names on the Rock For People 2027 line-up have been announced, with Blink-182, Faith No More and Architects leading the way.
The rock and metal festival is set to return to Park 360 in Hradec Králové, Czechia next summer, and will be taking place between June 2 and June 5.
For the upcoming 32nd edition of the festival, there will be Faith No More topping the line-up – marking the long-awaited return of Mike Patton and co to the stage after being on hiatus for over 10 years.
Joining them as headliners will be Blink-182, who were announced as topping the bill for the 2027 edition on the last night of this year’s festival. Other big names on the line-up include British metal heavyweights Architects and Canadian punk-rock favourites Billy Talent.
Motionless In White will also play, following on from their biggest UK headline shows to date, as will Killswitch Engage, Napalm Death, Neck Deep, Sleeping With Sirens, Static-X, Wage War and From Ashes To New.
Outside of the heavier end of the spectrum, there will be performances from indie-pop artist Beach Bunny, NME Cover stars Fat Dog and rising newcomers Blue Medusa.
“Bringing Faith No More as the second headliner alongside the already confirmed blink-182 is a huge event for us,” said Rock for People director Luděk Motyčka. “This is a band that has fundamentally influenced modern rock and metal, and Rock for People has a long history with them as well.”
This year’s edition of the festival ran between June 10 and 14, and featured huge sets from Iron Maiden, Bring Me The Horizon, Gorillaz and Limp Bizkit. Joining them on the bill included Three Days Grace, BABYMETAL, Nothing But Thieves, Basement, Gatecreeper, Joey Valence & Brae, The Royston Club, Sofian Medjmedj and unpeople.
For Blink-182, the trio released a 25th anniversary edition of ‘Take Off Your Pants And Jacket’ on streaming earlier this summer, which features the 13 original tracks and 6 B-sides.
Their last album ‘One More Time…’ was released in 2023 and the band have already confirmed some other huge European shows for next summer, including Rock Am Ring, Rock Im Park and Rock For People next June, as well as a trio of their own headline shows in Berlin, Paris and Milan the same month. Fans are also speculating that the pop-punk group will headline Download Festival for the first time next year.
For Faith No More, the announcement for Rock For People comes following the group confirming their first live shows in more than a decade, teaming up with System of a Down with a run of co-headlining dates in 2027.
