Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have officially married, hosting their wedding celebration in New York City three years after their initial meeting.

The ceremony took place at Madison Square Garden in midtown Manhattan, where screens outside the venue displayed a celebratory message at 7:20 PM local time: “JUST&T MARRIED.”

The couple opted not to have traditional bridesmaids or groomsmen, with Swift’s brother Austin serving as her Man of Honor and Kelce’s brother Jason as his Best Man, according to a spokesperson. The ceremony was officiated by comedian Adam Sandler.

Celebrity guests were spotted arriving at the venue in formal attire, including Ed Sheeran, Gigi Hadid, Lena Dunham, Hugh Grant, Bradley Cooper, Ethan Hawke, Jack Antonoff, Cooper Kupp, and JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Close associates such as publicist Tree Paine and childhood friend Abigail Anderson Berard were also in attendance. Stevie Nicks, a mentor figure for Swift, was reported to perform at the event.

Permits filed with local authorities indicated the event drew nearly 1,000 guests. While the arena was secured with extensive measures, fans gathered outside in sweltering heat, treating the occasion as “America’s royal wedding.”

“It’s nice that she is doing it here and connecting with her life in New York because it’s so special to her,” said 18-year-old fan Gray O’Sullivan. The Empire State Building was reportedly illuminated in light blue sparkle to mark the celebration.

Prior rumors suggested a June wedding at the historic venue, with details about security features widely discussed. The couple maintained a low profile in the months leading up to the event, with Swift joking on The Graham Norton Show about hosting a large guest list to avoid tough decisions.

Swift and Kelce first connected in 2023 when Kelce attended her Arrowhead Stadium show, later admitting on his podcast that he was disappointed she doesn’t engage post-show. He gifted her a friendship bracelet, a gesture that went viral among her fans.

Swift’s mother, Andrea, orchestrated their initial meeting after researching Kelce online. Their courtship remained private until September 2023, when they were spotted leaving Arrowhead together. By Super Bowl Sunday 2024, Swift publicly celebrated with Kelce on the field, a moment widely covered in media.

In 2025, Swift included NFL-themed love songs about Kelce on *The Tortured Poets Department*, while his appearance at her Wembley concert marked their first on-stage collaboration. Their engagement followed shortly after, with Swift announcing it alongside her *Life of a Showgirl* album, which further celebrated their relationship.
