TransMedics Group reported a record third quarter in 2026, posting total revenue of approximately $203 million, up 41% from the prior year. Product revenue reached $113.4 million, up 29%, while service revenue totaled $89.6 million, up 60%. Transplant logistics revenue was $41 million, up 50%, reflecting the company’s continued scaling of its owned aviation fleet.
