Today, the United States officially welcomed Paraguay as the 26th nation to join the Pax Silica Declaration. Paraguay’s Foreign Minister Ramírez affixed his signature to the agreement during a formal ceremony at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., in the presence of Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg. This marks the commencement of Paraguay’s active participation in the strategic initiative.
The United States and Paraguay reaffirmed their mutual dedication to working together to utilize Paraguay’s vital natural resources—including its substantial critical mineral deposits and abundant hydropower capacity—to support the development of advanced super-intelligence infrastructure throughout the Americas.
