The United States has recently sanctioned four individuals and 41 entities associated with the Cambodia‑based Prince Group Transnational Criminal Organization (TCO). Building on prior designations made in October 2025 and June 2026, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) at the U.S. Department of the Treasury is targeting the group’s leadership, affiliated businesses, and financial support networks.

Prince Group members conduct cyber‑enabled fraud against victims in the U.S. and globally, using large‑scale scam operations based in Southeast Asia. The recent designations aim at individuals and affiliated companies that are still delivering material support to the Prince Group TCO.

The U.S. also sanctioned Chui Kok Wa, a Malaysian national who orchestrated scams defrauding Americans, including theft of digital assets. His operations relied on a Malagasy‑based network of perpetrators, and charges were unsealed on October 27 2026 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

No criminal network is beyond reach. The Trump Administration remains committed to exposing, sanctioning, and dismantling criminal networks that prey upon American citizens through cybercrime, fraud, and extortion.

Today’s actions were taken in furtherance of Executive Order (E.O.) 14390 “Combating Cybercrime, Fraud, and Predatory Schemes Against American Citizens” and pursuant to E.O. 13581 “Blocking Property of Transnational Criminal Organizations,” as amended by E.O. 13863, and E.O. 13694 “Blocking the Property of Certain Persons Engaging in Significant Malicious Cyber‑Enabled Activities,” as further amended.

For more information about today’s actions, please see the Department of the Treasury’s press release.
