Vivienne Jolie, the 18-year-old daughter of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, has officially changed her surname, no longer using “Jolie‑Pitt.” The legal paperwork was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on July 12.
She is the fifth of the former couple’s six children to renounce the actor’s last name. Her twin brother Knox has not yet formally changed his surname, though he publicly used “Knox Jolie” when he graduated high school in June.
Shiloh, 20, was the first to obtain a name change, doing so in 2024 and now goes by Shiloh Jolie. Maddox, 25, and Zahara, 21, also removed Pitt’s surname earlier this July.
Pax Jolie‑Pitt, 22, remains the only child still using the double‑barreled surname. He is reportedly the sole sibling who maintains contact with Pitt’s family.
Jolie and Pitt separated in 2016 after more than a decade together, with their divorce finalized in December 2024. The split followed a contentious incident aboard a private plane, after which Jolie filed for divorce the next day. An FBI investigation into allegations of child abuse cleared Pitt of all charges.
