My Take
In my view, the decision will boil down to either Chad Gable or Ethan Page.
Gable’s Minneapolis roots make a home‑grown champion feel natural; portraying him as the IC titleholder would resonate strongly with fans in Minnesota. However, the match could also serve as a stepping stone for Page, who might gain momentum by securing the title and establishing himself as the next major heel to challenge Penta.
Should the outcome favor Page, it would leave Gable’s path open for future opportunities—perhaps a pairing where Page defeats Gable in a subsequent bout, rather than Gable taking the title immediately. Conversely, a Gable victory might raise questions about the booking, especially if it seems to sideline Page’s potential.
There’s also a chance WWE could create a surprise triple threat by introducing a third participant, given their penchant for last‑minute twists. While I doubt this is the likely route, it’s something to keep an eye on.
All in all, I anticipate Gable emerging as the winner, a decision that feels both logical and fairly rewarding for the audience.
