Spike Dudley must endure additional time before finalizing his trademark application for his established ring name.
The former WWE competitor has submitted a trademark application for the “Spike Dudley” name, while WWE has sought extra time to decide if it will formally oppose the filing.
The extension was approved on September 25, granting WWE an extra 90 days to prepare a potential opposition to Dudley’s trademark filing.
While the extension does not constitute an official challenge, it maintains WWE’s right to contest the filing within the extended timeframe.
