The New York Knicks’ championship summer has shown no signs of slowing down.
Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges and Josh Hart attended Friday’s U.S. Open men’s semifinal at Arthur Ashe Stadium, where compatriot Ben Shelton defeated Frances Tiafoe before a star-studded crowd.
Brunson attended with his wife, Ali, and sat beside Ben Stiller, one of the Knicks’ most recognizable celebrity supporters.
Stiller’s wife, actress Christine Taylor, was also seated with the couple.
Hart had appeared at the U.S. Open on Wednesday and was asked about the Knicks’ chances of defending their title this season.
“I don’t think we have a big target because I don’t think anyone is picking us to win again,” Hart said. “We’re using it as fuel. We’re still the hunters. We’re not satisfied with one.”
The Knicks ended a 53-year championship drought in June by defeating the Spurs in five games to claim their first NBA title since 1973.
Brunson, Bridges and Hart have remained highly visible throughout New York as the team prepares to defend its title in the 2026-27 campaign, which begins next month.
Stiller has been among the team’s most prominent celebrity supporters for years and regularly attended Madison Square Garden during the Knicks’ championship run.
Other celebrities seen at the tournament include Michelle Obama, Matthew McConaughey, Woody Harrelson, 2 Chainz, Trinity Rodman—who attended to support Shelton—and Ciara.
