Italian womenswear label Marella introduces its single-breasted ‘Hero Blazer’ as a centerpiece of the Autumn/Winter 2026 collection, featuring supermodel Irina Shayk in the campaign.
The blazer represents a fusion of traditional Italian tailoring and contemporary design, crafted to offer a comfortable fit while maintaining versatile styling options, positioning it as a long-term wardrobe essential.
A key design element is the detachable scarf, which adds a dynamic, flowing component to the blazer. The scarf, made from matching or complementary fabrics, enhances the garment’s movement and introduces a layered visual effect.
The collection features multiple variations, from classic black, white, and camel iterations to a velvet version paired with a silk habotai scarf featuring lace detailing, and a leather edition complemented by a silk twill scarf.
Irina Shayk’s campaign reflects the blazer’s bold aesthetic, with her “magnetic presence and intense allure” underscoring its empowering design philosophy.
Founded in Reggio Emilia in 1971, Marella is part of the Max Mara Fashion Group. Earlier this year, the brand opened its first standalone London boutique at 8 Marylebone High Street, designed with clean lines and understated elegance. This move supports its global presence, which includes over 200 stores and stockists like Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and John Lewis across the UK.
