NBA Star James Harden Booked on Misdemeanor Weapon Charge After Houston Arrest]

NBA superstar James Harden was arrested in Houston early Saturday morning and later released on bond, according to court records.

The 36-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers guard was taken into custody by the Houston Police Department at 3:41 a.m. and booked on one misdemeanor charge of unlawful carrying weapons, according to documents obtained by The California Post.

Prosecutors allege that Harden, a former Los Angeles Clippers guard, unlawfully, intentionally, and knowingly possessed a handgun in his vehicle. According to the complaint, the weapon was visible in plain view and was not carried in a holster.
