Multiple Stardom competitors have publicly addressed Thekla’s recent actions.
The AEW Women’s World Champion defaced the Stardom logo during the latest AEW Dynamite broadcast, effectively declaring the promotion deceased.
Stardom wrestlers Syuri, Starlight Kid, and Lady C, along with the promotion’s official X account and English commentator Walker Stewart, have all responded to Thekla’s conduct.
Lady C wrote, “Why would you act that way? I have faced Teca several times, yet I could never comprehend her motives. Even after being released from Stardom and later capturing the AEW Women’s World Championship, her continued connection to the brand suggests a deeper affection for Stardom.”
Lady C later added, “It is deeply frustrating. Regardless of departures, we have always safeguarded Stardom. While an individual’s contribution may be modest, our collective efforts have protected it. Stardom remains our source of pride.”
Former Stardom wrestler Mina Shirakawa wrote, “That is truly disrespectful and overly harsh.”
Stardom English commentator Walker Stewart wrote, “Such behavior is utterly unacceptable; one must never forget their origins.”
Syuri wrote, “Tekla…”
Starlight Kid responded to a clip of Thekla’s segment with:
“!???
#SLK
#NEOGENESIS
#STARDOM”
Vulgar, cowardly, shameful behavior.
I can’t forgive it.— Taro Okada_Taro Okada (@tokada_mh4e) June 4, 2026
Why did you do that?
I’ve fought Thekla several times, but I’ve never understood what she was thinking.
Even if she got fired from Stardom and became the AEW Women’s World Champion, isn’t the reason she’s still attached to Stardom because she loves Stardom? https://t.co/ox21R9Q4Xe
