Bayern Munich said Jamal Musiala will speak out after the midfielder collapsed for the second time in four days during a match.
On Tuesday, he collapsed six minutes after being substituted in Bayern’s 4‑2 friendly win over Heidenheim.
The 23‑year‑old appeared dazed while receiving medical attention and was assisted off the field.
The incident followed his collapse in Saturday’s 3‑1 friendly victory over RB Leipzig in Munich.
“Jamal will discuss this in the coming weeks. We were informed and are aware of the situation,” Bayern sporting director Max Eberl said on Tuesday.
“Jamal will speak out. He is in the dressing room, changing and taking a shower.”
Elevated temperatures, exceeding 30 °C, were believed to have contributed to Musiala’s collapse on Saturday.
Musiala missed the first six months of the previous season after fracturing his ankle at the 2025 Club World Cup, but he returned later in the campaign and started three of Germany’s four matches at the 2026 World Cup.
