The Indianapolis Colts have confirmed that wide receiver Keenan Allen will not participate in Sunday’s game against the Washington Commanders. Allen had been carrying a questionable designation following a groin injury that prevented him from practicing on Friday.
Through the current season, Allen has recorded 13 receptions for 100 yards and one touchdown. To bolster the receiving corps in his absence, the Colts have elevated wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine from the practice squad. Westbrook-Ikhine previously appeared in last week’s victory over the Texans.
The depth chart for the Colts’ passing attack includes Josh Downs, Laquon Treadwell, Deion Burks, Anthony Gould, Ashton Dulin, and Darius Slayton. Dulin remains listed as questionable, while Slayton is looking to make his debut after joining the team last month.
