On Friday, fans of Mac DeMarco were greeted with an unexpected release: four new albums from the Canadian singer‑songwriter—Dog on the Rock, Seven Off the Two, Seaplane Dog, and The View From Tian Tian. While some of the material has circulated among concertgoers—having been handed out on CD‑Rs during his most recent tour—the projects are now officially available on digital service providers for the first time.

The albums retain their lo‑fi, handmade feel, and each track is titled with a seemingly arbitrary series of numbers, underscoring DeMarco’s characteristic DIY ethos.

DeMarco’s most recent full‑length studio album, titled Guitar, was released in 2025.
